Who said traveling can’t be affordable?
I always hear people making comments about wanting to travel, but feeling it’s not obtainable for them. Which really frustrates me to hear; so I started a blog to share all my tips and tricks. So if you find this blog resourceful please share it and subscribe to my email list to join my family.
1. Plan
Planning should cover everything – from your airline tickets to your travel dates to the places where you will stay, and the purchases you will make. Start saving and do this at least 3 to 4 months ahead.
2. Choose your destination carefully.
The second thing you want to do is go somewhere that’s cheap and easy to get to; somewhere where the currency gets you good value, because of the exchange rate, or somewhere that has a lower cost of living than home!
3. Travel off-season.
Not only will you save a lot of money, but you will have it all to yourself! You might not have guaranteed the weather, but your chosen destination will be a lot less busy and crowded.

4. Book in advance.
Booking ahead saves you loads of money and a headache lol….but it also gives you control over the exact type of tour/ activities you want to do rather than being stuck on a tour you didn’t want because of a seat situation.
5. Stick to the budget
We all know traveling is fun and sometimes can get so excited we get out of budget by buying goods we don’t need etc… please don’t do that! Stay within the budget and remember there’s always a cheaper option!
